INTRODUCING A DOG THAT NEEDS SPECIAL CARE

Meet Kinsley – A Puppy Who Refuses to Give Up

Kinsley is an 11-week-old Labrador puppy who came to Wellie’s Wish with a broken back and paralysis in her hind end. She can’t stand or walk, and she’s fully incontinent — her bladder must be expressed, and she wears diapers to stay clean and comfortable. But here’s the part that stops you in your tracks: Kinsley is pure joy….. She wiggles….She smiles….She lights up when someone walks into the room. Because of her injury, moving around is hard work. Dragging her back legs takes effort, and she often stays still simply because it’s exhausting. But Kinsley deserves more than stillness. She deserves a life where she can explore, play, chase toys, and feel the freedom every puppy should know. That’s why Wellie’s Wish is partnering with a mobility specialist to design a custom wheelchair just for her — a chance to give this brave little pup the independence she’s never had. Your generosity will help give Kinsley the future she deserves. Thank you for your support.

Shop Our Wishlists

Another great way to support Wellie's Wish is by purchasing supplies directly from our Amazon or Chewy wishlists. These lists are stocked with the items our foster dogs need most — from food and crates to toys and training supplies. When you shop from our wishlists, the items ship directly to our volunteers and go straight to the dogs. It's a simple, hands-on way to make an immediate impact.
